Student Privacy

We collect personal information about our students. We do so to enable us to communicate with our students and their parent/guardians. Information is collected through the completion of registration and parent communications.

All of the information collected is kept in our locked office and in our secure electronic database. It is used for our planning and organizational purposes and for communications with parents/guardians in order that students’ needs may be met.

Student contact information is used for distributing our newsletters, providing information on current classes and for other future communications with our students or their caregivers.

Student information is not disclosed to any third party without the consent of the student’s parent or guardian.

Each student, parent or guardian is entitled to the details of such student’s information and, on written request, to require us to modify any such information.

Student information may be retained by us for at least two years after a student no longer registers, or for such longer period as required to comply with any applicable legislation.

Website Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. At juliapal.ca, we have a few fundamental principles that we follow:

  • We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our services, or protect our rights.
